IP KOKE an industrial publishing company located in Eugene, Oregon was in need of a fulfillment system to interface with their customers. As the first rollout they contracted with Original Web Solutions to build a fulfillment management system where location managers from each branch of the credit union could login to an interface and request for new products to be printed from an inventory of pre-defined products.
The system has 4 interfaces; one for branch users, branch managers, IP Koke warehouse / printing, and one for IP KOKE account reps. This system allows for IP KOKE to better meet all the printing needs of their customers in a quick efficient manner. The system provides comprehensive reporting on system usage also.
After the system was created a higher level administrative interface was setup to replicate the systems for each of the IP Koke customers.
The system is built on the Windows 2000 operating system in HTML with a SQL Server 2000 back-end.
